Fincard is operated as an educational financial-literacy tool. We are not registered with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) as an Investment Adviser under the SEBI (Investment Advisers) Regulations, 2013, and we do not hold any other registration that would authorise us to provide investment advice.
No product recommendations
Fincard does not recommend any specific mutual fund, equity share, debt instrument, insurance policy, loan product, deposit, or any other financial product. Where instruments such as PPF, ELSS, NPS, FDs, ULIPs, or term insurance are referenced, they appear only as categories for the purpose of computing health ratios, not as recommendations.
No commissions, no kickbacks
We do not earn commissions, referral fees, revenue shares, or any other form of remuneration from banks, insurance companies, mutual fund houses, asset management companies, brokers, lenders, or any other financial institution. Our only sources of revenue are the subscription fees paid by our users.
When the Fincard Advisor Network launches, professionals listed on it will be verified and matched based on your needs, but they will not pay Fincard for placement or referral. They are also not permitted to share commissions with us.

Outputs generated by Fincard — including health ratios, scores, colour codes, trend graphs, and AI-generated explanations — are intended for educational and informational purposes only. They are not intended to:
- constitute investment, tax, legal, or accounting advice;
- recommend the purchase, sale, or holding of any specific security or financial product;
- guarantee any specific financial outcome, return, or risk reduction;
- replace professional consultation with a qualified, SEBI-registered investment adviser, chartered accountant, or lawyer.

The health ratios you see in Fincard are computed entirely from data you enter. Inaccurate, incomplete, or out-of-date inputs will produce inaccurate ratios. You are responsible for the accuracy of the financial data you enter, and for periodically reviewing and updating it.
